How It's Made
SOLBRAN™ is a grain-based feed product produced with ICM’s Fiber Separation Technology™ / Fiber Separation Technology Next Gen™. During ethanol production, corn grain is ground and added to hot water to form a mash. Fiber is separated from the mash stream, and enzymes convert starch to sugar. After ethanol is fermented and removed from the stream, the remaining condensed distillers solubles are added back to the fiber to create SOLBRAN™.
