PROTOMAX™ Yeast-Enriched 50% Protein
PROTOMAX™ is a specialty feed product with 50% protein and low fiber content. It is enriched with yeast for a boost in animal health, making it beneficial to a wide range of species. It can replace significant portions of soybean meal and corn in poultry and swine diets, and it is a beneficial source of protein and energy for beef, dairy, aquaculture and pets.

How It's Made
PROTOMAX™ is a grain-based feed product produced with ICM’s Advanced Processing Package™. During ethanol production, corn grain is ground and added to hot water to form a mash. Fiber is separated before fermentation, and enzymes convert the starch to sugar. After the ethanol is removed, the remaining substance (whole stillage) enters two phases of separation, producing concentrated, high-protein grains. The grains are then dried without solubles or fiber fractions, producing a high protein, yeast-enriched feed.
